MOULD AND PARTS
Rapid Prototyping/Rapid Tooling is the fast track to first useable parts. Reference customer’s requirement, it can be finished by the technology of SLA, SLS. The parts from the specified production materials(e.g. EPDM,TPE) made from steel or aluminum molds. These processes allow producing parts for testing on prototype vehicles quickly and economically. JASON will brigde producing rapid prototype samples for customer evaluation prior to proceeding with full production tools. This process of prototype samples also permits an easier development of tool design and at the same time customers can get acquainted with the need of visible parting lines before the moulds are completed. |
